Psomas Acquires the Assets of Anderson

Los Angeles, California – (January 7, 2026) — Engineering consulting firm Psomas announced today it has acquired the assets of Saratoga Springs, Utah-based|Anderson_Engineering|Company, Inc. (Anderson), a 25-person multi-disciplinary firm with an emphasis on environmental services.  

Founded in 1985, Anderson is known for its environmental, civil and structural engineering, and land surveying services to support clients across the full project lifecycle.
